Acts of Corruption / Violation of the anti-corruption policy of RLH Properties::Carrying out, concealing or promoting acts of bribery, corruption, collusion, bribery or in general any activity that involves, but is not limited to, offering or granting a payment in cash or in kind, advantages, privileges, loan of services, assumption of debts or excessive obligations or attentions, directly or through third parties a) to a national or foreign public official, b) to any entity that manages public resources and has authority powers towards individuals, c) to a private company or any of its associates, or d) to any person, knowing that all the resources or part of the same will be offered, delivered or promised, directly or indirectly, to any government official or private entities, with the aim of avoiding the compliance with a legal, administrative or judicial provision, of a code of conduct, declaration of ethical principles of any company or any other analogous or complementary.
Conflict of interests::The conflict of interest refers to when an employee participates or has an interest (whether real, potential or perceived) in an activity or relationship that benefits him and not the Company, such as when the personal gains of each party contradict each other.
Dispose, disclose, steal, violate or misuse of confidential information of the company::Disclosing or stealing non-public and confidential information (industrial or commercial secrets) that goes against the interests and prestige of the company or to do so for personal gain or that of third parties.
Receive gifts and bribes in exchange for an unethical action or against the interests of RLH Properties.::The act of receiving something of value in order to obtain benefits, secure an advantage, or an undue influence in a business decision or relationship.
Unethical practices in research and innovation processes::Misleading, fraudulent, incomplete documentation, in documenting the results of research tests and innovation processes.
Fraud / either individually planned or in collusion with a third party::The act or intention of deceiving, embezzling, stealing, taking advantage of the error, abusing and embezzling any property or fund either of the company or of another person to obtain unfair or illegal advantages and benefits
Suspicion or lack of integrity of someone inside and outside of RLH Properties.::Any act or suspicion of lack of integrity of employees, clients, suppliers or interest groups with whom the Institution has interactions, which may damage the reputation of RLH Properties
Inappropriate commercial practices to the detriment of clients, suppliers, competitors or consumers::Any conduct, act, process, action or omission capable of causing damage, confusion or harm to customers, suppliers, competitors, products, services or the market of the company.
Employees with external interests and independent businesses::Employees with external interests that affect the interests of the company or the performance of the person.
Violation of the Non-Competition Agreement::Violations of the non-competition agreement, either by a former employee or an active employee, where he provides services to a competitor to the detriment of the company.
Unfair treatment, abuse or inappropriate behavior with customers and suppliers::Any type of behavior or insinuations in an abusive, disrespectful way, with a lack of professionalism or attention towards clients and suppliers.
